Privacy Policy

Siegegrid is an iPhone game made by Moxiebytes (“we”). We collect very little. This page covers what, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Sign in with Apple identifier. To recognise your account. We ask Apple for no name and no email address.
• Operator alias and bot names. To show your account in the game. Other players see your alias. Your bot names are private to you.
• Gameplay records. Your bots, jobs, credits, rig, raids, results and activity, so the game works and stays fair.
• Session and security data. Sign-in sessions, the device label your phone reports, and short-lived hashed records of sign-in attempts used to stop abuse.
• Reports you make. If you report another player’s alias, we keep the report to review it.

What we don’t collect

• No ads, ad identifiers or tracking across other apps and websites.
• No analytics or third-party tracking SDKs.
• No contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera.
• No chat, messages or uploads. The only text players write is aliases and bot names.

We do not sell or share your information for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the game for us: Apple (for Sign in with Apple), and our hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare, which carry traffic between the app and our servers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Your account: for as long as you have one.
• After you delete your account: within 7 days we remove the link between you and your game records, your alias and your bot names. We keep de-identified game ledger entries (for example, that some credits moved) where the game’s economy depends on them. They can no longer be tied to you.
• Security logs and reports: about 30 days.
• Staff audit records: about 180 days.
• Backups: expire after about 7 days and are never restored without re-applying deletions.

Deleting your account

Open the account menu in the game and choose Delete account, then confirm with Sign in with Apple. You’re signed out on all devices straight away and we ask Apple to revoke the game’s access. Raids already under way finish under their original terms.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time in the game. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access or correct your information. Contact us and we’ll help.

Children

Siegegrid is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Sign-in tokens are stored in your iPhone’s Keychain. Apple tokens we hold are encrypted on our servers.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and tell you in the game if the change is significant.
